One that bears the initiative and revolutionary ideals of Oppo is the Oppo N1. Primarily used for casual photography, the Oppo N1 has the dimensions and the circuitry that certainly meets your need for a budget friendly device that packs a very functional 13 MP camera. The beauty of the rotating camera is highlighted by the latest trend that is taking selfies.  One camera is all you need to capture the best front and scenes on what’s behind your screen display.

Oppo N1 Rotating Camera

When most Smartphone manufacturers use the back portion of the casing to hide a bulging camera, Oppo used that space for additional command recognition and device navigation means. The portion just above the Oppo logo has been configured and circuited with a navigation software and hardware.
The camera on this unit is truly revolutionary.  Oppo promises a camera boot time of less than one second. Plus, the device allows exposure photography of up to 8 magical seconds.  The Android OS, v4.2 that runs the device has been pre-set to sync with the camera hardware, ensuring fast booting, easy access and a camera ready to capture the moment in an instant.  Image review is also a breeze and just as enjoyable as taking the very pictures themselves because of a high definition and 16 million color variation support.

This N1 is fairly big at 5.58 x 2.71 x 0.35 inch measurements. Props to Oppo for adding the much needed back navigation pad. Good job. Also, thumbs up for integrating and producing great results by combining the abilities of the Qualcomm APQ8064 Snapdragon chipset, Quad-core 1.5 GHz Krait Central processing unit and an Adreno 320 for GPU hardware on this device.

The internal workings also make a great support for image editing software. With 2 GBs of RAM, device booting will be fast overall.  A user may store 16-32 GBs o digital memory and maybe one these days, Oppo will be more open in producing top class Smartphones with expandable memory.

Oppo will certainly continue developing this one of a kind camera set-up plus a new set of possible hardware and software combinations.
